- Provide the callback number, including area code, when prompted by the system.
- Create a four-digit PIN and retain it in a secure place. Do not use an easy-to-guess number.
- When a notification call arrives, listen to the full event message and enter the PIN to acknowledge receipt.
- If the event is not acknowledged, the official flyer says calls retry until acknowledgement or 24 hours, during the stated daytime calling window.
- After a release or transfer alert, contact the reporting agency and obtain the corresponding record.
An unanswered call may repeat, but that retry pattern should not be confused with a new event. Save the event wording and reporting agency. If a person may face both a court event and a custody event, follow the current enrollment prompts for each desired category.
Confirm Alexander County Jail Release
For a local booking, first check the official Alexander P2C “Who's In Jail” catalog only as a current-custody test. A person who is listed appears to remain in current county custody, subject to update lag. A person who is absent may have been released, transferred, moved, or removed through a correction. The local settings disable release date and release reason, so roster disappearance is not release proof.
